Who to go to with your calendar requests
Each year, we want to make sure everyone at GBC knows what is happening and when. Clear, up-to-date communication helps us all stay connected and make the most of church life.
ChurchSuite includes a calendar with key information about meetings, events and activities. To keep it as accurate as possible, we need your help.
If you lead or help run a ministry or group, please let Roberta Courtney know the dates you plan to meet, along with the room you will be using if you are meeting in the church building. Roberta has kindly volunteered to keep the calendar updated, so sending this information directly to her will help make communication simpler and more reliable.

If you are a ministry leader who would like to share something on our Socials (facebook/instagram) then please let Michael (07815 154534) or Phil (07921073428) know at least one week before, as other things may be scheduled
And if you would like an announcement made for Sunday, please let us know by at least the Thursday (subject to availability due to number of announcements already included, of course, the sooner the better)
